Crossfit Program

Woman weightlifting in a gym Our CrossFit Program is offered Monday through Saturday with classes in the mornings and the evenings. Completion of either the On Ramp Program or Private Coaching is a pre-requisite for joining any of our CrossFit classes.

The program is designed to improve your health and
performance across the 10 general fitness skills:

  • Cardiovascular Endurance
  • Stamina
  • Strength
  • Flexibility
  • Power
  • Speed
  • Coordination
  • Agility
  • Balance
  • Accuracy

Your fitness depends on your competency in each of these ten skills. At CrossFit Monolith, we develop daily workouts that utilize these ten skills across a broad range of functional movements and modal domains. You will perform group workouts that combine weightlifting, gymnastics, and metabolic conditioning at high intensity levels that will challenge your body’s energy systems. In addition to the daily WOD, sessions include work on the core or skill development as well as some focus on mobility and power lifting. The program is universally scalable and our coaches will adjust your workouts based on your abilities.

Regardless of your fitness level, you will benefit from our coaching at CrossFit Monolith, especially if you are looking for a supportive community that shares their desire to take their fitness to the next level. We recommend five classes per week for everyone to develop and increase their base fitness capacities and abilities.
